Thailand HR Innovation Award 2023 - Silver Award
Mr. Khumpol Poonsonee (2nd from left) President together with Mr. Wuttichai Charoenphongsuk (3rd from left) Vice President - Human Resources, Univentures Public Company Limited (UV) accepted the Thailand HR Innovation Award 2023 in the Silver Level due to the success with the "Beyond Your Limit Showcase" Project. The award was recently presented by Dr. Anek Laothamatas (1st from left) former Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation at the Thailand HR Day 2023 which was arranged by the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT) at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Hotel, Ladprao.
The "Beyond Your Limit Showcase" Project is a project aimed at aiding the organization and staff to overcome existing limitations in order to find new paths that both complement the requirements of the staff whilst also meeting the expectations of the Corporation by gaining sustainable learning experience using business tools such as the Business Model Canvas which staff can use in order to aid in project-based self-development which will thereby increase value for stakeholders by increasing each person’s work potential and also coming up with new business concepts that will benefit the organization all of which are part of the Individual Development Plan.
